About

After studying Sociology at the Erasmus University, Judith started her 9-year career at ING. Within this international and innovative company, she worked in different positions, but mostly with the focus on improving processes and initiating and leading changes within the organization.

Judith’s energy, enthusiasm and genuine interest in change and the effect it has on employees within an organization had a positive influence on her projects. The team soon worked more efficiently and effectively which was rewarded with satisfied customers and stakeholders.

In 2016, she made the transition to Knab, part of Aegon, to delve more into change management. The goal was to professionalize Knab from a start-up to a scalable organization. Together with her team of 15 employees, they transformed the entire organization into a company that could work in an agile way based on Agile principles.

At Telindus Netherlands, where Judith started in 2018, she was responsible for transforming the company from offering products to offering services. Her work at Telindus Netherlands together with Knab and ING prepared her well for her self-employment.

As an energetic change catalyst, process improver and team builder, Judith always try to find the balance between the available innovations and methodologies and the culture and vision of the organization. She makes the translation from theoretical to practical application and ensures that an organization or team achieves results.

Through the years, Judith has acquired an extensive network, and is often requested to speak at events and seminars. In her spare time, Judith enjoys yoga, fitness, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
